Position Overview
We are seeking a Financial Operations Specialist to assist the Senior Financial Operations Manager. This role will involve collaboration with various departments, suppliers, and clients.

Ideal Candidate
This position is suitable for individuals with existing financial skills who aspire to develop a comprehensive understanding of all financial processes, with training provided.

Key Responsibilities
- Management of sales ledger including credit control
- Oversight of purchase ledger and payment processes
- Conducting bank reconciliations
- Reconciling credit card and expense reports
- Generating invoices
- Budget management and accurate reporting
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements
- Balance sheet reconciliations with monthly analysis
- Cash flow forecasting and analysis
- Providing ad-hoc support to the Senior Financial Operations Manager and Finance Manager

Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- AAT qualifications are advantageous but not mandatory
- Proficient in advanced Excel
- Background in finance or accounting
- Positive attitude with excellent interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Capable of managing workload and prioritizing tasks
- Composed in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a hands-on approach
- Strong communication skills
