Job Description

Westgate Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As a Front Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our guests have an exceptional experience at our resort.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional guest service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including checking guests in and out, handling room assignments, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory of clean units, ensuring that all rooms are ready for guest arrival.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with housekeeping, engineering, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise, such as unexpected checkouts or VIP arrivals.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting, to support front office operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a front office or guest services role preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
