As a vital member of our team, you will interact with guests eager to explore the natural beauty and enjoy our exceptional amenities, including the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs the Rooms FO Coordinator, your duties will include:
- Upholding a positive demeanor at all times.
- Delivering outstanding guest service experiences.
- Managing phone communications with professionalism.
- Providing Housekeeping with daily inventory details, including unit types and quantities required for check-in.
- Allocating arrival inventory while ensuring proper assignments for special needs groups and VIP guests.
- Maintaining open lines of communication with Housekeeping and Engineering teams regarding unexpected checkouts, VIP arrivals, and cleaning schedules.
- Ensuring an adequate supply of clean units for the Front Desk and assigning cleaning tasks for the next business day.
- Logging all room requests and maintenance service inquiries in the designated system.
- Responding to guest satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality.
- Monitoring various systems to expedite room readiness for check-ins.
- Assisting with guest reservations, check-ins, and providing support in Resort Services and Front Desk operations as needed.
- Performing additional assigned tasks as required.

Essential Requirements:
- Typing speed of 25 WPM, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High school diploma or GED; relevant experience of three to six months is preferred.
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
