Key Responsibilities

As the Rooms FO Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Upholding a positive demeanor at all times.
  • Delivering outstanding guest service experiences.
  • Managing phone communications with professionalism.
  • Providing Housekeeping with daily inventory details, including unit types and quantities required for check-in.
  • Allocating arrival inventory while ensuring proper assignments for special needs groups and VIP guests.
  • Maintaining open lines of communication with Housekeeping and Engineering teams regarding unexpected checkouts, VIP arrivals, and cleaning schedules.
  • Ensuring an adequate supply of clean units for the Front Desk and assigning cleaning tasks for the next business day.
  • Logging all room requests and maintenance service inquiries in the designated system.
  • Responding to guest satisfaction surveys to enhance service quality.
  • Monitoring various systems to expedite room readiness for check-ins.
  • Assisting with guest reservations, check-ins, and providing support in Resort Services and Front Desk operations as needed.
  • Performing additional assigned tasks as required.
Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • Typing speed of 25 WPM, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or GED; relevant experience of three to six months is preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and demonstrate eligibility to work in the United States.
