As part of the Westgate Smoky Mountain Resort team, you will interact with guests who are eager to explore the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains and assist them in enjoying our premier amenities, including the state-of-the-art Wild Bear Falls water park.

Position Overview

As the Rooms FO Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:
  • Fostering a positive environment
  • Delivering outstanding guest service
  • Handling phone inquiries with professionalism
  • Providing Housekeeping with daily inventory of units, including quantity and room types required for check-in
  • Assigning all arrival inventory, ensuring proper allocation for special needs groups and VIPs
  • Maintaining communication with Housekeeping and Engineering teams regarding unexpected checkouts, VIP arrivals, cleaning services, and pre-registered rooms
  • Updating the status of clean rooms hourly and ensuring all owner units are ready by designated times
  • Managing the inventory of clean units for the Front Desk and scheduling cleaning services for the following day
  • Logging all room requests and maintenance service requests in HotSoS
  • Responding to Medallia Surveys to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Monitoring various systems to expedite room readiness for check-ins
  • Assisting with guest reservations, check-ins, and other Front Desk duties as required
  • Completing any other assigned tasks
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Typing speed of 25 WPM, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High school diploma or GED; or three to six months of related experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test, and eligibility to work in the United States
