Job Summary

Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and ensuring that their IT needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and in-person
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • IT Operations
    • Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of IT systems and infrastructure
    • Monitor and report on IT system performance and availability
  • Client Communication
    • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions
    • Document and track client interactions and issues

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
    • Experience with MS Office, VDI, and WIN 10
  • Skills
    • Good understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS networks
    • Active Directory responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical Certifications
    • CompTIA A+ or equivalent
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in English
