Collabera is seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team. As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing level 1 & 2 support to our clients, resolving multiple tickets, and utilizing ServiceNow ticketing experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilize ServiceNow ticketing system to manage and resolve tickets
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Document and track technical issues and resolutions
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of IT systems and software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- ServiceNow ticketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual - Spanish language skills
