Position Summary

In alignment with the core values and mission of Assets, Inc., this role involves providing essential maintenance services at various contract job sites. The primary focus of this position is to deliver fundamental janitorial services.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Exemplify and uphold the core values and mission of Assets, Inc. in all job functions.
  2. Execute direct labor tasks in compliance with established OSHA safety standards and site management requirements, including: disposing of waste, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, restroom sanitation, window washing, grounds upkeep, and spot cleaning.
  3. Engage actively in company meetings and training sessions.
  4. May necessitate obtaining security clearance for access to high-security facilities.
  5. Foster a proactive relationship with both customers and colleagues.
  6. Be knowledgeable of and adhere to all policies set forth by Assets, Inc.
  7. Contribute to team efforts and actively support the enhancement of team dynamics.
  8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must be able to satisfactorily perform each essential duty. The following requirements represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this position. Education and Experience: No prior experience or formal education is required.

Language Skills: Ability to read basic two and three-syllable words and recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers. Capable of printing and speaking simple sentences.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense to carry out simple one or two-step instructions and handle standardized situations with minimal variables.

Desired Skills and Abilities
  1. Basic understanding of office and restroom cleaning procedures.
  2. Experience working collaboratively in a team environment.
