Principal Program Controls Analyst

ConsultNet is seeking a highly skilled Principal Program Controls Analyst to join our team in the Aerospace and Defense industry. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a high-tech team dedicated to developing innovative products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze customer contracts and develop comprehensive plans to meet all requirements, effectively communicating them to the program team.
  • Collaborate with Control Account Managers (CAM) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to assess resource needs and ensure project alignment.
  • Lead the creation and implementation of program baselines in compliance with Earned Value Management System standards.
  • Manage schedule updates within the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and oversee changes following established processes.
  • Conduct critical path analysis, variance reporting, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Identify trends in schedules and ensure their integrity for audit purposes.
  • Work with management to prioritize business objectives and identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Foster effective working relationships across departments to maintain a positive work environment.
Working Conditions:
  • This role requires on-site presence three or more days per week, with potential travel between locations.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience. Higher degrees may substitute for experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project 2019 or later, along with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Demonstrated experience with Earned Value Management and risk management strategies.
