At Charger Logistics Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing territory and account strategies to drive sales growth in the USA region.

You will identify new business opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing business accounts, and work closely with the Branch Director to achieve sales targets. Your ability to think critically, solve complex problems, and provide well-thought-out solutions will be essential in this role.

As a Business Development Manager, you will also be responsible for managing and defining financial resources, monitoring budgets, and providing input or analysis for financial decisions that impact your projects. Your ability to learn the business and grow the company over the long term will be valuable assets.

Requirements for this role include a proven track record of new business development, cold calling, setting appointments, presenting, and meeting with potential customers. You should have 1+ years of sales and account management experience in the transportation industry, with a strong focus on B2B sales involving complex deals. Strong knowledge and understanding of the sales planning process, as well as the ability to interface with all required levels at a customer, are also essential.
