About the Role

As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
  • Manage guest room assignments, key cards, and other front desk operations.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull moderate weight (up to 20 lbs) and occasionally lift luggage up to 50 pounds.
