Account Director

Sell Arelion's comprehensive suite of products within the New York City market, requiring a location in the New York Metro area. Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 companies. Engage with C-level executives to lead both business and technical conversations. Build and strategically manage a solid pipeline to consistently grow revenue. Collaborate with channel partners to drive new customer engagements. Execute a sales strategy that consistently meets or exceeds revenue objectives. Utilize Arelion CRM (Salesforce) to manage the full sales cycle. Work with internal stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience. Drive the customer journey from solution definition to quoting, contract negotiations, and life-cycle management. Maintain deep knowledge of industry and customers to identify and meet their needs. Foster strong relationships based on trust, integrity, and customer satisfaction to effectively drive sales and repeat business. Possess a growth mindset, believing anything is possible. Demonstrate a genuine passion and ability for hunting, engaging, and selling to new prospects. Build relationships of trust and accountability with customers and colleagues alike. Proven successful track record in a complex sales environment. High degree of initiative, sense of ownership, and personal commitment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Dependable, cooperative, energetic, and accountable. Self-motivated and organized, able to work independently. Thorough knowledge of the enterprise customer base in the Chicago area. Availability to travel to meet customers, attend industry events, etc.
Requirements:- Minimum 7 years of large enterprise experience selling technical solutions.
- Telecommunications/Network experience preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Experience in both direct and channel sales.
- Experience working in a multicultural environment.
