Behavioral Therapist Opportunity at Will's Way Pediatric Behavioral Therapy, LLC

We are seeking a highly motivated and collaborative Behavioral Therapist to join our team in a pediatric clinical setting. As a Behavioral Therapist at Will's Way, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, collecting and analyzing data, providing parent training, and supervising staff members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial intake assessments to understand client needs
  • Develop treatment plans and obtain insurance authorizations
  • Manage and design data collection systems to track client progress
  • Provide parent training to support client success
  • Supervise and train staff members to ensure high-quality care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 1 year of clinical experience (preferred)
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (or eligible) in the state of Mississippi
  • BCBA or BCBA-D Certificate required
