Job Title: Sales Manager

At Zips Car Wash, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, increasing member count, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and member count
  • Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure team members are equipped to meet sales goals
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales targets
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every customer
Requirements:
  • 1+ year sales experience in retail or similar environment
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized and attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and select holidays
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work in non-climate-controlled environments, including outdoor weather conditions
  • Frequent walking, standing, and ability to be on feet for long periods
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • Physical mobility to include reaching, grabbing, stretching, squatting
