Job Title: Mission Integration Specialist

BlueHalo is seeking a highly skilled Mission Integration Specialist to join our Cyber and Intel Division's Mission Integration and Special Technologies team. In this role, you will apply special technology solutions to real-world problems, driving innovation and excellence in our mission capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee customer coordination and execution of critical customer support, training, deliveries, and mission solutioning.
  • Bridge the product team with customer end-users, maintaining high levels of support and shaping the future of our capabilities.
  • Support the testing of our solutions through QA/QC processes, evaluating technologies, and working with customers to support their test and evaluation efforts.
  • Design, conduct, and maintain a detailed customer training curriculum of our technical solutions for successful integration into mission.
  • Manage customer deliveries, including ordering, kitting, tracking, configuring, and shipping.
  • Cultivate constructive feedback from end-users, product managers, and other stakeholders to continuously improve training, product integration, and solution impact.
  • Investigate and deliver feedback to product/solution team on system performance, issues, and customer experience.
  • Document requirements, track actions, and manage expectations.
  • Identify and shape growth opportunities through discussions, presentations, and written documents.
  • Write technical guidance documents and technical memorandums.
  • Monitor commercial and industry trends, news, and updates that can impact our products, solutions, and technologies.
Requirements:
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, 10+ years of U.S. military experience, or equivalent experience and knowledge
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience working within the SOF Enterprise
  • Familiarity with SOCOM's technology solutions and methodologies
  • Working knowledge in technical operations, computer network operations, technology deployments into high threat environments, secure communication practices, and/or digital forensics
  • Frequent domestic travel with limited international travel
  • Ability and strong motivation to learn new tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Willingness to support end-users, including after-hours on-call support
  • A security-minded approach to all engineering and administration efforts
  • Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal) and comfortable speaking to groups
  • Ability to understand and translate complex technology, cyber, and communications concepts to mission impact
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and technical documentation skills
  • Detail-oriented and critical thinking mindset
  • Must have a passion for training others and the ability to make training interesting, relevant, and inspiring
  • Experience and detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Clearance:
  • Current TOP SECRET clearance, with the ability to upgrade to customer-specific clearance requirements
