Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize, and execute the integration of software components on space vehicles and enterprise systems.
  • Review and validate comprehensive test strategies, plans, and scenarios to ensure thorough documentation and requirements tracing.
  • Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maintain up-to-date schedules and align project goals.
  • Apply expertise in capabilities, requirements, and mission objectives to utilize systems engineering skills in requirements gathering, architectural design, analysis, and testing.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field (preferably in Systems Engineering or a related field).
  • 10+ years of experience working in government acquisitions in the DoD or Intelligence Community.
  • Strong communication skills to interface with developers, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience executing and managing end-user requirements gathering and curation activities for application development.
  • Ability to clearly articulate requirements definitions and their dispositions to senior executive government leadership.
  • Working understanding of Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Agile Development techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in a STEM field.
  • Systems Engineering experience with Model-Based Engineering applications and technology.
  • Proficiency in MS Project and experience with Jira.
