Position Overview:

We are seeking a Mission Integration Specialist to be an integral part of our Cyber and Intel Division's Mission Integration and Special Technologies team. This role is pivotal in applying specialized technological solutions to address real-world challenges.

This team is tasked with capability development, managing client expectations, and conducting specialized training for our clientele. Our specialists, based in a strategic location, are responsible for creating tailored mission capabilities and rely on the Mission Integration Specialist to ensure our solutions meet the dynamic needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee customer coordination and execution of critical support, training, and mission solutions.
  • Bridge the gap between product teams and end-users, ensuring high-quality support and shaping future capabilities.
  • Provide expertise in customer missions, technologies, and security practices.
  • Collaborate with cyber security engineers, developers, and operational technologists.
  • Support the testing of solutions through quality assurance processes and assist customers in their evaluation efforts.

Essential Duties:

  • Address customer hardware and software issues, including after-hours support.
  • Assist development teams with real-world testing and feedback on product candidates.
  • Design and maintain a comprehensive training curriculum for successful integration of technical solutions.
  • Manage customer deliveries, including ordering, tracking, and configuration.
  • Gather constructive feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance training and product integration.
  • Document requirements and manage expectations effectively.
  • Identify growth opportunities through presentations and written communications.
  • Monitor industry trends that may impact our products and solutions.
  • Communicate proactively with team members and stakeholders, maintaining a security-focused mindset.

Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of experience within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise.
  • Familiarity with SOCOM's technology solutions.
  • Experience in technical operations and secure communication practices.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Current TOP SECRET clearance, with the ability to upgrade as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in testing software and hardware capabilities.
  • Familiarity with modern training techniques.
  • Leadership qualities and project management experience.
