Position Overview:
We are seeking a Mission Integration Specialist to become an integral part of our Cyber and Intel Division's Mission Integration and Special Technologies team. This position is pivotal in applying specialized technological solutions to address complex challenges faced by our clients.
This team is dedicated to the development of capabilities, managing client expectations, and providing tailored training to our clientele. Our specialists, based in a dynamic environment, are responsible for crafting unique mission capabilities and rely on the expertise of the Mission Integration Specialist to ensure our offerings meet the evolving demands of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer coordination and execution of essential support, training, and mission solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the product team and end-users, ensuring a high standard of support.
- Conduct thorough testing of solutions through quality assurance processes and assist in technology integration.
- Design and implement a comprehensive training curriculum for clients to facilitate successful technology integration.
- Manage logistics related to customer deliveries, including ordering, tracking, and configuration.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users and stakeholders to enhance training and product integration.
- Document requirements and manage expectations effectively.
- Identify opportunities for growth through discussions and presentations.
- Produce technical guidance documents and memorandums.
- Stay informed on industry trends that may impact our products and services.
- Maintain proactive communication with team members and stakeholders, embodying the values of BlueHalo.
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, including 10+ years of military experience.
- Minimum of five years of experience within the Special Operations Forces (SOF) Enterprise.
- Familiarity with SOCOM's technological solutions and methodologies is essential.
- Knowledge of technical operations and secure communication practices.
- Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
- Strong motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Ability to provide after-hours support to end-users.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a critical thinking approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Clearance Requirements:
- Must possess a current TOP SECRET clearance, with the ability to upgrade as necessary.
- Applicants with a SECRET clearance who are willing to upgrade are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in testing software and hardware capabilities.
- Background in designing technical training content.
- Familiarity with modern training methodologies.
