We are seeking an engineer dedicated to the development and oversight of mission compliance for a USG client.

The Mission Compliance Testing Specialist will play a crucial role in assessing comprehensive test events related to contracts, collaborating with developers, project test leaders, stakeholders, program management, and the Government Test Director. This position will provide essential Mission Compliance and Testing support to fulfill mission objectives effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify programs requiring mission compliance supervision
  • Report on the compliance status of each government initiative
  • Monitor and report on compliance training progress
  • Create templates and guidelines to assist programs with Mission Compliance strategies, planning, and documentation
  • Develop training materials to promote Mission Compliance awareness
  • Document and track Mission Compliance Program Memorandum for Records (MFRs) and associated action items for resolution and closure
  • Identify and recommend essential program measures and standards for reliability in manufacturing, design, development, and launch
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive test strategy, including test plans and procedure templates
  • Review and provide feedback on test plans and procedures
  • Document end-to-end test outcomes, incidents, and closure plans
  • Provide test event status updates to the Lead Scheduler/Risk Coordinator as needed
  • Identify and record applicable lessons learned
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience or 7 years with a Master's degree
  • Engineering background with expertise in mission compliance and testing audits
  • Experience in supporting policy, compliance, and testing audits within the Risk Management Framework (RMF), Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) planning, and Mission Compliance Program (MCP)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strong technical writing and presentation abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and SharePoint
  • Current TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
