Job Summary:

The Customer Service Representative, Landside is responsible for ensuring a positive experience for airport guests by providing information and assistance with ground transportation. This role enforces airport policies and procedures while maintaining a safe and secure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsels ground transportation operators on airport rules and regulations.
  • Monitors and operates computerized transportation access equipment.
  • Patrols the area for safety hazards and reports discrepancies to the proper authority.
  • Performs random inspections of commercial ground transportation vehicles.
  • Controls the flow and parking of commercial vehicles.
  • Enforces airport commercial ground transportation policy.
  • Performs daily inspections of ground level comfort facilities and curbside area.
  • Maintains a daily event log to document discrepancies.
  • Takes administrative action against drivers or companies as needed.
  • Identifies and addresses environmental hazards in accordance with OSHA regulations.
  • Maintains regular and on-time attendance.
  • Follows all safety regulations.
  • Supports the airport's commitment to its culture and values.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of customer service experience.
  • Valid CLASS D Driver's License (preferred).
