Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Maintenance/AP Customer Service Associate to join our team at Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions. This role is responsible for managing vendor maintenance and customer service inquiries, including vendor set-ups and updates. The successful candidate will own the onboarding process for vendors in Concur and Oracle, providing a seamless experience for both internal and external partners.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Respond to all vendor servicing requests in a detailed and professional manner, ensuring high-quality customer service.
  • Support internal business partners with vendor contacts and provide required documents for timely set-up of vendors.
  • Assist Treasury with resolving discrepancies related to incorrect vendor or duplicate accounts.
  • Back up the AP Manager with year-end 1099 processing and other ad hoc analysis as needed.
  • Identify and recommend changes to improve productivity and efficiency.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Knowledge of Vendor Invoice Management processes and associated systems, with a proven ability to present a positive problem-solving attitude to internal and external partners.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of tasks daily with attention to detail and experience working with people at all levels of an organization.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with a focus on customer service.

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
