Key Accountabilities:

As a Contract Negotiation Expert, you will be responsible for negotiating contract terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes, leveraging expertise in procurement guidelines and procedures.

You will analyze RFPs, RFQs, and bid documentation to inform strategic sourcing decisions, ensuring effective contract management and budget compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes, reducing costs and improving efficiency.
  • Analyze and report on contract spending to ensure adherence to budget guidelines.
  • Prioritize and implement cost-saving initiatives, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with e-Sourcing applications, including SAP Ariba or similar procurement software.
