Job Description

Quest Group Executive Search & Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Vendor Maintenance/AP Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in Accounts Payable at our Paces Ferry office, with the possibility of relocating to the Atlantic Station office in the future.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, handling customer service inquiries, and providing support to internal business partners. They will work closely with the AP Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Vendor Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service to vendors, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  2. Vendor Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate vendor records, including set-ups and updates
  3. Internal Business Partner Support: Support internal business partners with vendor-related queries
  4. Treasury Collaboration: Collaborate with Treasury to resolve discrepancies related to vendor accounts
  5. AP Manager Support: Assist the AP Manager with year-end 1099 processing and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Vendor Invoice Management processes and associated systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
