Accounting Professional Wanted

We are looking for a highly skilled Accounting Professional to join our team as a Vendor Maintenance/AP Customer Service Associate. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in Accounts Payable at our Paces Ferry office, with the possibility of relocating to the Atlantic Station office in the future.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining vendor relationships, handling customer service inquiries, and providing support to internal business partners. They will work closely with the AP Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to vendor inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate vendor records, including set-ups and updates
  • Support internal business partners with vendor-related queries
  • Collaborate with Treasury to resolve discrepancies related to vendor accounts
  • Assist the AP Manager with year-end 1099 processing and other ad-hoc tasks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Vendor Invoice Management processes and associated systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
What We Offer

A competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and development.
