About Our Job
We are recruiting for a skilled Leave Management Specialist to join our team at AP Recruiters & Associates in Atlanta, GA. This exciting opportunity involves managing complex leave programs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing expert guidance to our clients.

Responsibilities
- Implement and manage leave management programs, including medical leave, workers' compensation, long-term disability, and workplace accommodations
- Develop and deliver training programs on leave management policies and procedures
- Analyze data and provide insights to drive process improvements and optimize program effectiveness
- Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources, leave management, or a related field
- Proven expertise in FMLA, ADA, and other relevant regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HCM systems
