About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vendor Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and approving vendor profiles internally and externally. You will also manage vendor updates, including updating vendor details in SAP.

This position typically reports into the AP Supervisor and is based in our Buckhead office in our hybrid work environment.

  • Manage the vendor onboarding process, communicating with vendors and internal business partners.
  • Review and submit new internal and external vendor creation requests, ensuring compliance with approval levels and relevant requirements.
  • Update vendor details in SAP.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for business partners seeking to onboard new vendors.
  • Conduct periodic reviews of all vendor data and activity status to ensure accuracy.
  • Provide customer service support and assist other roles within accounts payable as needed.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in AP, specifically in invoice processing or managing vendor onboarding.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage large workloads.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of root cause identification techniques.
  • Diligent demeanor with a focus on compliance and detail-oriented work.
Benefits

Carter's offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
