Job Title: Office Manager

Overview:

The Office Manager will oversee administrative and operational activities to ensure the smooth operation of our headquarters office. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual who can maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement office procedures to ensure efficient operations
  • Manage and mentor office staff
  • Oversee office budget and expenses
  • Maintain office facilities and ensure they are clean and safe
  • Serve as primary contact with building management
  • Manage vendors related to office services and maintenance
  • Coordinate meetings and events
  • Provide administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Certification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to answer phones and use office equipment
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead

Travel Requirements:

  • Minimal travel expected
