The Office Manager will oversee administrative and operational activities to ensure the smooth operation of our headquarters office. We are seeking a highly organized and communicative individual who can maintain a positive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement office procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Manage and mentor office staff
- Oversee office budget and expenses
- Maintain office facilities and ensure they are clean and safe
- Serve as primary contact with building management
- Manage vendors related to office services and maintenance
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Provide administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles
- Advanced computer skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Education & Certification:
- High school diploma or equivalent

- Ability to answer phones and use office equipment
- Ability to lift 15 pounds and reach overhead
Travel Requirements:
- Minimal travel expected
