About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tax Administrative Lead to join our team at Eide Bailly. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our tax professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to tax professionals, including preparing tax returns, managing client data, and coordinating office activities.
  • Lead and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and training on industry-specific processes and procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between the tax department and other office teams, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including client information, tax returns, and office documents.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying, as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
