Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet clients and visitors, and ensure a positive first impression of our firm.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, and prepare messages as needed.
  • Receive, sort, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Process incoming mail into our system with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Perform various clerical duties, including typing, filing, and completing forms.
  • Operate office equipment, such as copiers, scanners, and phones.
  • Copy, sort, and file records related to office activities and business transactions.
  • Prepare letters, memos, and reports according to instructions.
  • Maintain filing systems, both manual and electronic.
  • Manage calendars and schedules appointments.
  • Assist attorneys and staff with various clerical duties as needed.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1+ years of clerical experience preferred.
  • Customer service experience in the food service industry preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Arabic language preferred.
  • Proficiency in Spanish language a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
What We Offer:

Starting at $20 per hour.
