Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Specialist to join our team at Goosehead Insurance Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with key players in the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a strategic plan to build relationships with referral partners and drive lead generation.
- Work closely with our sales agents to ensure they execute on our go-to-market strategy and increase overall productivity.
- Meet with and take agents on marketing visits to help them strategize, build confidence, and overcome objections in the field.
- Leverage your experience and knowledge within the real estate industry to better equip our agents in identifying and engaging quality referral partners.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the title industry.
- Proven track record of developing relationships and driving lead generation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and be proactive in taking initiative.
- Results-driven and continuous improvement focused.
- High integrity and honest communication.
A large part of this role will be spent in the field meeting with agents and referral partners. You will need to be comfortable with commuting and travel in a car and plane.
