About the Role

Gillman Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Automotive Sales Consultant. As a Business Development Center Consultant, you will play a crucial role in streamlining the research-purchase-ownership process for our customers, providing a seamless and memorable experience from initial contact to showroom visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in researching vehicles, pricing, and availability in the digital marketplace
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the sales team to cultivate and coordinate appointments with customers
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, driving business growth and client retention

Requirements:

  • Previous retail, sales, and customer service experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • High school graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Bilingual skills strongly preferred
  • Eligibility to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening, including drug screen, MVR, and criminal background check
