Job Description

The Gillman Automotive Group is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in the purchase and ownership experience while providing an excellent level of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect for new clients and build relationships to drive sales growth
  • Meet or exceed departmental performance standards, including the Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and vehicles sold
  • Stay up-to-date on products, market trends, and certifications to provide expert knowledge to clients
  • Review, update, and manage inventory reports daily to ensure optimal sales performance
  • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and drive sales growth
  • Complete all aspects of the sales process, including delivery of vehicles
  • Attend weekly department meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals

Requirements:

  • Must be eligible to work in the US and pass pre-employment screening, including a MVR, drug test, and criminal background check
  • Must have a sales license (where applicable)
