Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, explaining features and demonstrating operation of vehicles, and developing deep relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Explain features and demonstrate operation of vehicles in a showroom or on the road
  • Develop and implement business plans to exceed revenue expectations
  • Work as a coach on targeted sales calls with key decision makers at various dealer groups
  • Conduct trainings for sales organization on auto trends and sales opportunities
  • Assess client business requirements and potential opportunities, and create gap analysis and transition roadmaps for products, solutions, and services

Requirements:

  • Excellent reputation for building customer relationships
  • Complete understanding of the automotive business, including customer targeting, sales strategy, operations, and marketing
  • Documented experience and success working directly with auto dealers to enhance their business's success
  • Proven experience developing, coaching, and managing both a team and sales process
