Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Emergency Department Manager to join our team at All Med Search. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our Emergency Department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the Emergency Department team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Clinical Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care, adhering to established standards and protocols.
  • Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Emergency Department, including staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Performance Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with colleagues, physicians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of clinical experience, with 2 years of management experience in an acute care setting.
  • Certifications: Current Texas State RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
