The Emergency Services Nursing Manager is responsible for overseeing the nursing operations within the Emergency Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring that high-quality patient care is delivered efficiently and safely.
Work Schedule: Full-time role with no weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities in the Emergency Department.

Qualifications Required
- Possession of a valid Texas State RN license or a compact license.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA or ARC are mandatory.
- PALS or equivalent certification must be obtained within 90 days of employment; TNCC certification is required within 18 months.
- Advanced specialty certification, such as CEN, is encouraged.
- A minimum of three years of clinical experience, including two years in a management role within an acute care environment.
