Position Summary

The Territory Business Manager (TBM) will oversee all sales initiatives and implement marketing strategies within their designated region. This role will concentrate on critical urology accounts and pertinent institutions, including hospitals and specialty pharmacies. Ideal candidates will excel in the clinical, operational, and administrative facets of account management, making this an excellent opportunity for ambitious sales professionals seeking a fulfilling challenge.

TBMs must grasp the distinct market dynamics of their territory, including reimbursement frameworks, healthcare delivery models, and patient care pathways. They will be responsible for achieving sales targets and formulating comprehensive business plans to ensure effective marketing strategy execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage directly with customers to execute brand and sales strategies, demonstrating clinical product value and educating on appropriate usage.
  • Leverage knowledge of local market trends, institutions, and key customers to optimize results within the territory.
  • Collaborate extensively with matrix team members to enhance territory performance.
  • Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize internal resources and data analysis to develop territory business plans that drive results.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and implement process improvements that positively influence business outcomes.
  • Understand the unique opportunities present in the assigned geography.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Willingness to travel:
    • 80% within the assigned territory.
    • 20% for overnight and/or weekend events as necessary.
  • Proven track record of performance.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, creative, enthusiastic, and results-driven.
  • Valid driver's license is required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience with hospital or large accounts.
  • 2+ years of experience in Uro-oncology, Oncology, Rare Disease, or Medical Device sectors.
  • Familiarity with Buy & Bill products.
