Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet every customer as they enter the store, maintain friendly contact throughout their shopping experience, and assist with problem-solving at checkout.
  • Sales Support: Implement suggestive selling techniques, assist with ordering out-of-stock items, and follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of invoices.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensure minimum stock levels, and maintain a clean and organized store appearance.
  • Order Coordination: Coordinate orders from the warehouse to ensure timely delivery and excellent customer service.
  • Business Development: Solicit new accounts, research former customer listings, and rebuild old accounts to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Customer Service Background: Strong customer service background and ability to follow oral and/or written instructions.
  • Automotive Experience: Prior automotive experience and knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well as part of a team and be willing to work long hours when necessary.
