Role Overview
As a pivotal member of our Manufacturing division, you will contribute to the production of cutting-edge smart vehicles. Our global facilities are at the forefront of technological advancements, continuously improving our operational efficiency. You will take pride in crafting exceptional products that are cherished by users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Utilize Vis Plant monitoring software to analyze automation cycle times and oversee automation projects and installations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Controls Engineering (internships and co-op experiences are acceptable).

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
- Background in electrical systems (electrician or technician) is advantageous.
- Familiarity with PLC/CNC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), VFD, Servo, Profinet, ABB, and FANUC Robots.
- Strong knowledge of laser cutting technology.
- Proven ability to interpret blueprints, modify electrical schematics, and utilize AutoCAD.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting skills and a commitment to process improvement.
- Experience with conveyor system programming and overhead Gantry systems.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, including DH+, Ethernet, and remote IO.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with Lean Tools such as 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and Value Stream Mapping.
- Understanding of 8D, FMEA, and DMAIC processes.
- Knowledge of TQM and Kaizen principles.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with simulation modeling and visual factory management is preferred.

Salary Range
This position falls within salary grades 6, 7, and 8.
