A Bachelor's Degree A background in electrical work (electrician or technician) is preferred Familiarity with PLC/CNC systems (Siemens/Allen-Bradley), VFD, Servo, Profinet, ABB, and FANUC Robots A solid understanding of laser cutting technology Proven ability to interpret blueprints, modify electrical schematics, and utilize AutoCAD Demonstrated skills in troubleshooting equipment and continuously assessing for process enhancements Experience with programming conveyor systems and overhead Gantry systems A strong grasp of networking concepts including DH+, Ethernet, and remote IO Experience in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies Proficiency in Lean Tools such as 5S, Kanban, Poka-Yoke, and Value Stream Mapping Knowledge of 8D, FMEA, and DMAIC processes Familiarity with TQM and Kaizen principles At least one year of experience with MS Office Suite (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook) Preferred knowledge of simulation modeling and visual factory managementYou may not meet every requirement, or your experience may differ from what we have outlined, but if you believe you can add value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
