As subject matter experts, our Operations Facilities Supervisors are responsible for managing, directing, and overseeing all elements of our physical store locations and operational assets. Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $95,000 - $105,000

Work Location: This is a fully remote position requiring regular travel to assigned store locations. Candidates should reside within the designated zone but have complete flexibility within those boundaries.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Oversee repair and maintenance expenditures through regularly scheduled site assessments and Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Supervise the upkeep of up to 150 ALDI locations within your designated geographical area.
  • Collaborate with operations personnel and leadership.
  • Make decisions that directly affect the facilities within your jurisdiction.

Zone: Victoria, TX, Houston, TX, Tuscaloosa, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Mobile, AL, New Orleans, LA

Education and Experience:

  • Associate's Degree in Facilities Management, Construction Management, Business, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Facilities or Construction Management is required.
  • Alternatively, a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge.
  • A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record is required.
  • Environmental Health and Safety Certification is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Work may be conducted in an office, remote office, or a combination of both, utilizing a computer and office equipment as necessary to perform duties. Regular activities include sitting, reaching, grasping, standing, and moving between areas. Frequent use of a keyboard/mouse is required. Occasionally, the role may involve pushing, pulling, bending, lifting, and moving items up to 25 lbs. Work may also take place in store and warehouse environments, which may include:

  • Climbing ladders of various heights, including accessing store rooftops.
  • Working in varying temperatures, both hot and cold, including outdoor conditions and refrigerated/freezer environments.
  • Operating in environments with varying noise levels due to industrial equipment.
  • Regular vehicle operation.

Travel:

The Operations Facilities Supervisor position covers the geographical areas of:

Zone: Victoria, TX, Houston, TX, Tuscaloosa, AL, Tallahassee, FL, Mobile, AL, New Orleans, LA. This role is fully remote, requiring regular travel to all assigned store locations.
