Position Overview:
As a Senior Partner Sales Manager within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Automotive and Manufacturing Business Unit, you will have the unique opportunity to develop and implement a partner sales strategy that transforms the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with AWS Partners, including System Integrators and Technology Partners, to enhance the adoption of Amazon's extensive service offerings.
- Engage with AWS's most strategic customers to drive mind share and growth.
- Leverage your channel or partner sales expertise to foster relationships at the CxO level, ensuring effective communication with partners and enterprise clients.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in consulting, with a strong background in partner sales and business development within the Automotive and Manufacturing sectors.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience working with partners or system integrators to achieve customer success and sales growth.
- Familiarity with SaaS solutions, IT sales, and cloud adoption strategies.

Preferred Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of the Automotive and Manufacturing partner landscape, including ISVs and G/SIs.
- Experience in managing complex bid processes and formulating winning proposals with multiple partners.
- A track record of exceeding sales quotas and key performance metrics through effective partner engagement.
