Miller CAT is a leading provider of advanced vehicle anti-theft devices (Cat Shield) and CARB Compliant Catalytic Converters. As an ISO-certified manufacturer, we pride ourselves on our commitment to excellence and innovation in everything we do. Our customers range from OEM manufacturers, distributors, shops, to everyday consumers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a driven and passionate sales representative to play a key role in expanding our market presence, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities (ecommerce, B2B).
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with distributors, retailers, and automotive service providers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales agreements to meet revenue targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product offerings and market positioning.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the automotive aftermarket industry.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a sales role.
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive aftermarket products is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
