Office Administrator Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at American Fitness Services LLC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day service operations.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or relevant administrative role. You should be highly organized, able to multitask with ease, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Key Responsibilities- Drafting correspondences and formal documents
- Scheduling appointments and events
- Generating estimates and sending them to customers
- Checking in parts and allocating them for technicians
- Ordering parts from vendors
- Filling out and submitting warranty claim forms
- Answering inbound telephone calls and emails
- Developing and implementing organized filing systems
- Performing all other office tasks
Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
