Job Title: Chief Administrative Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Chief Administrative Officer to join our team at Ultimate Staffing Services. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the CCO Accounts Payable staff.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will possess a positive attitude, be self-motivated, energetic, detail-oriented, organized, analytical, and resourceful. You must be able to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment and exercise independent thought to constantly challenge and improve the status quo.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accounts payable files in an organized manner
  • Maintain good working relationships with internal customers
  • Assist with audit requests and data requests
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
  • Cutting manual checks and matching appropriate documentation
  • Stuffing and mailing checks
  • Filing invoices

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Strong PC skills with proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel
  • Experience with Epicor and QuickBooks accounting systems preferred
  • Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.

This is a full-time position based in Los Angeles, California, offering a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) plan, paid time off, and holidays.
