We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Leader to join our team as a Lead Line Cook. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Prepare and cook large batch sauces and stocks, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of menu ingredients and preparation methods.
- Promote teamwork and excellence among the kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- 3+ years of experience as a Line Cook or Saucier in a full-service restaurant, or equivalent.
- Culinary school education or accredited course preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Competitive hourly rate of $27.00 - $30.00 per hour.
