Salary and Benefits

Job Description

As a Master Culinary Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences to our guests. Your expertise and leadership skills will play a vital role in driving our success.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of skilled line cooks to prepare and present dishes that meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to achieve efficiency, productivity, and consistency in food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement recipes, menu items, and cooking techniques to enhance the culinary experience.
  • Work closely with the chef de cuisine to ensure seamless kitchen operations and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  2. Excellent knife skills, plating techniques, and attention to detail.
  3. Able to learn and follow recipes to execute dishes and prep, while adapting to new menu items and techniques.
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate the kitchen team.
  5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
