About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative at UPS, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of customers in Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Consumer (B2C) within a specific geographical area. This role is an entry-level sales position as part of the UPS Account Executive Training Program.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze customer needs to prepare bids and present UPS services.
  • Focus on retaining and penetrating active clients in portfolio.
  • Support the maintenance and growth of UPS business.
Requirements
  • Possesses good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrates experience using Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience with B2B or B2C sales or UPS experience.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $55,380 and $95,640, depending on various factors such as location, job-related knowledge, skills, education/training, and work experience. The position also offers a sales incentive plan and annual management incentive plan, subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
