Executive Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to fill the role of Office Admin with Executive Assistant responsibilities at Leverage Companies, a fast-growing real estate private equity start-up. This position offers significant growth opportunities for the right candidate who can efficiently manage office operations while providing dedicated support to executives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive and well-maintained work environment.
  • Executive Assistance: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Administrative Duties: Prepare and send out ARIP packages, create and organize Acquisition Manager folders, manage business card orders, and oversee payments for parking and rent.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Executive Assistant, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion.
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
