FULL-TIME PASTRY CHEF POSITION
  • We are seeking a dedicated full-time Pastry Chef.
  • Schedule: Full-time hours, Monday through Friday, with variable hours. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in a pastry cook role is essential.
    *Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available
  • Compensation: $19.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Job Overview

Role Summary: Responsible for creating, planning, and overseeing the daily production of high-quality pastries, desserts, and baked goods.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily production and distribution of all pastries, desserts, and baked goods.
  • Ensure adherence to recipes and standards, manage food costs, and prepare appropriate quantities based on production needs.
  • Maintain proper food handling, presentation, portion control, and serving temperatures.
  • Monitor and uphold the cleanliness and sanitation of the pastry kitchen and equipment, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and corporate standards.
  • Supervise hourly kitchen/pastry staff, including interviewing, scheduling, payroll, training, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in planning and implementing seasonal menus.
  • Order and manage pastry supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
