Position Overview

We are in search of a dedicated Evening Pastry Chef Assistant who possesses a positive demeanor and a passion for pastry arts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of desserts and pastries.
  • Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure a seamless transition from preparation to service.
  • Utilize seasonal ingredients to create innovative and delightful pastry offerings.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a pastry role within a reputable establishment.
  • Comprehensive skills in pastry techniques including but not limited to baking, chocolate tempering, and dessert plating.
  • A culinary degree in Baking and/or Pastry Arts is preferred.
  • Availability for part-time evening shifts is essential.
