We are a dynamic property management company seeking an experienced Property Management Executive to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in the success of our properties and residents.

Job Description:
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day activities of our properties, ensuring exceptional resident satisfaction and revenue growth.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams to maintain property standards and drive results.
  • Analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions to optimize rental rates, occupancy levels, and overall business performance.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to attract and retain top-tier tenants.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive cross-functional initiatives and achieve business objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A strong understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing property management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software such as Resman.
